Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 2026-06-12
In accordance with the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent UK requirements, this page discloses how ShareBased is compensated.
Amazon Associates
ShareBased is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click a link to Amazon on this site and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you — prices are the same whether or not you use our link.
How we choose what to recommend
Editorial content is written first; affiliate links are attached only where a genuinely relevant product (typically a book) exists. We do not accept payment from publishers or authors for placement, we do not let commission rates influence recommendations, and we say so plainly when something is an affiliate link — look for the disclosure line near link blocks and the "View on Amazon" buttons on our resources page.
What we don't do
- No sponsored guides or paid product placements within educational content.
- No commissions from financial products, brokers, advisers or equity-plan vendors mentioned in guides.
- No tracking of your activity on Amazon by us — attribution happens entirely on Amazon's side via the link tag.
